Hi Bernice! We initially contacted you to confirm the color you wanted, but never heard back. So as not to delay your order, we sent the default color of black. When you wrote late last night, we responded to your conversation within a few minutes with your tracking, as well as earlier today when you inquired again. Your package shows as being delivered last week. If for some reason you can't find it, please let us know so we can get a claim filed with the post office and a replacement sent out to you. Here's what we wrote, for your records: Hi Bernice! Great to hear from you! Here's the tracking information, it shows it was delivered on the 14th. Please double check and let us know.
